At Fortin Amps, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance gear and offer a 14-day return window for items in original, mint condition. Please note that digital products and custom orders are non-refundable to ensure the integrity of our specialized boutique equipment.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your original order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your amplifier or pedal in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package using a trackable service with full insurance coverage.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
